For the 2011 CBCIA Tour, refunds will be given for cancellations up to May 15, 2011 for a fee of $50. No refunds after May 14, 2011, however, someone may fill your space if you are unable to attend provided we are notified in advance. For those purchasing CCA merchandise, you may cancel your order at any time or send your order back if the size does not fit. You will be responsible for shipping expense to send any item back. If they item has already been shipped prior to your cancellation, you will recieve a full refund minus the initial shipping cost, once merchandise has been recieved.
